Full‑Time French‑Speaking Nanny – Toronto & Dubai Long‑term role | Baby due July | International travel | Toronto & Dubai Kinder Nannies & Staff is delighted to assist a young entrepreneurial family in their search for an exceptional, long‑term French‑speaking Nanny to join them from summer 2026. This is a warm, modern, international household expecting their first baby in July. The parents are hands‑on and deeply excited to spend time with their newborn, while also requiring reliable, professional support due to their business commitments. The position is based primarily in Toronto, with approximately half the year spent in Dubai (October–April). The family will arrange the nanny’s Dubai work permit, and candidates must hold a Canadian passport or valid visa enabling them to live and work in Toronto. Role Overview The nanny will provide consistent, nurturing, developmentally‑focused care from newborn (supporting role) through the next few years, supporting the baby’s early growth, routine, and learning. The parents are involved, but also busy, so the role offers balanced hours and a collaborative, respectful working environment. General working hours: 6–8 hours per day, daytime schedule Weekends free Most evenings free This is a long‑term position, and the family hopes to welcome a nanny who will remain with them for many years. Key Responsibilities Loving, attentive care for a newborn and later infant/toddler Establishing healthy routines (feeding, sleep, developmental milestones) Planning age‑appropriate, structured activities to support early learning Creating a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment Encouraging independence, curiosity, confidence and joy in learning Supporting the child’s French language exposure (native‑level fluency required) Travelling with the family between Toronto, Europe and Dubai Maintaining child‑related organisation (nursery, clothing, toys, supplies) Candidate Profile The ideal nanny is warm, calm, highly experienced and passionate about early childhood development. Essential qualities: Native French speaker Deep interest in early years development Warm, nurturing, patient and reliable Confident supporting first‑time parents Comfortable in an international, entrepreneurial household Flexible, discreet and committed to long‑term employment Requirements Native French speaker (mandatory) Minimum 10 years’ professional nanny/childcare experience Experience with newborns and infants Canadian passport preferred, or existing right to live/work in Canada Full passport enabling international travel Willingness to spend October–April in Dubai (visa sponsored) Must live within a reasonable commute to central Toronto (when outside of Canada, accommodation will always be provided) Strong organisational skills and excellent communication Working Schedule & Locations Toronto: Approximately half the year Dubai: Primarily winter months (October–April) Europe: Occasional travel Hours: 6–8 hours/day, full‑time Days: Monday–Friday Salary & Package CAD 4,000 per month, it will depend on experience Dubai work permit arranged by the family All travel expenses covered when accompanying the family Long‑term, stable employment with a warm, respectful household Start Date The family is looking to appoint their nanny as soon as possible, ideally before the baby’s arrival in July.
