Build candidate pipelines and recruitment processes, track channel performance and hiring outcomes, and support workforce planning and expansion.

Represent Kinetic Wireless and Rogers residential services through face-to-face outreach in assigned territories, identify customer needs, and explain suitable service options. Work toward sales and quality targets, process orders, maintain accurate records, follow privacy and brand requirements, and participate in coaching.

Manage store profitability, inventory, cash flow, merchandising standards, and customer concerns while contributing to a collaborative team.
