Job summary

Marketing Coordinator — RC Coffee Location: GTA / Toronto Area Reporting to: VP of Ops, RC Coffee RC Coffee is a tech-enabled coffee and beverage brand bringing automated café experiences to workplaces, hospitals, campuses, retail locations, residential buildings, and other high-traffic spaces. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Activation Coordinator to support RC Coffee’s next stage of growth. This role will help execute marketing campaigns, beverage launches, kiosk openings, app promotions, local activations, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives across the GTA. Social content is part of the role, but the broader focus is campaign coordination, local marketing, launch support, retail execution, and measurable business growth. Responsibilities Support the monthly marketing calendar for RC Coffee Assist with campaigns for new beverages, seasonal offers, app downloads, customer retention, and promotions Coordinate kiosk launch marketing, including signage, sampling, local outreach, promotional materials, and opening activations Visit RC Coffee locations to gather customer feedback, identify local opportunities, and support marketing execution Coordinate marketing materials, print assets, digital assets, signage, promotional items, and location communication tools Support trade shows, customer demos, sales events, partner activations, and local community events Participate in beverage launch planning, menu updates, product feedback, and customer insight collection Build local relationships with nearby offices, hospitals, campuses, residential buildings, retail partners, and community groups Capture basic photo and video content to support campaigns, launches, events, and social channels Track campaign results, promotional redemptions, app downloads, customer feedback, deadlines, and budgets Work with operations and sales to improve location-level marketing execution Other duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, foodservice, hospitality, QSR, beverage, events, local store marketing, or related roles Experience supporting campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, or customer acquisition initiatives Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, locations, deadlines, and details Comfortable working in the field, visiting locations, speaking with customers, and representing the brand Able to connect marketing activity to business outcomes such as traffic, app downloads, redemptions, repeat visits, and sales Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for GTA travel Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, email platforms, social platforms, and basic reporting tools Restaurant, beverage, retail, hospitality, franchise, or multi-location experience is an asset What Success Looks Like Campaigns, promotions, kiosk launches, and activations are executed on time and with strong attention to detail RC Coffee locations have the right signage, materials, and local marketing support Customer feedback and local opportunities are captured and shared regularly App downloads, promotional redemptions, repeat visits, customer traffic, and cup sales improve over time Campaign performance, budgets, timelines, and next steps are tracked clearly This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical marketing execution, understands the importance of details, and wants to help grow a modern coffee and beverage brand.
