Kirk Montoute Dawson LLP is seeking a motivated, self-driven Associate Family Lawyer to join our growing team in Calgary. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who is committed to delivering exceptional client service, building strong professional relationships, and developing a thriving long-term practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers while managing their own files and building their professional profile within a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking someone who is hard working, reliable, driven and eager to contribute to the continued success of our firm. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess: Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta or eligibility for admission from another Canadian jurisdiction. A minimum of 1 year of legal practice experience. Strong legal research, drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach to practice development and client service. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. A desire to build and grow a successful legal practice. Requirements
