What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face of the shop and a key connection point between customers, technicians, partners, and vendors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building positive, lasting customer relationships in person and over the phone Submitting ICBC rental forms and guiding customers through the process Scheduling repair appointments and managing shop calendars Generating repair orders and ensuring accurate documentation Interacting with vendors and coordinating incoming/outgoing materials Providing clear repair updates through phone, text, and email Managing and posting invoices, parts returns, and related paperwork Reconciling repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administrative work, and supporting a busy team environment.
