Job Description Position Title: Master PPF Installer Position Summary The Vinyl / PPF Installer is responsible for the professional installation of vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), and ceramic coatings on vehicles. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and craftsmanship to ensure quality finishes that meet company standards. The Installer works both independently and as part of a team to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Install vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), and ceramic coatings on vehicle surfaces Prepare vehicles for installation by washing, cleaning, and properly preparing panels Operate PPF plotting and cutting equipment to produce accurate film patterns Apply films and coatings according to manufacturer specifications and company procedures Conduct post-installation quality inspections, ensuring proper alignment, finish, adhesion, and absence of defects such as bubbles or edge lifts Remove existing vinyl, PPF, or coatings when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to company quality, safety, and operational standards Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in vinyl wrap, PPF, and ceramic coating installation Demonstrated ability to perform precise and detail-oriented work Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Willingness to learn and develop advanced installation and coating techniques Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive motions Ability to handle manual tasks associated with vehicle preparation and installation Personal Attributes Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Takes pride in producing clean, high-quality finishes Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges Positive attitude and commitment to craftsmanship We want people who want to have an impact.
