Multi Commodity Company Driver- Class 1- Edmonton Based

Our Regional Alberta team is hiring an Edmonton based, Multicommodity Class 1 Company Driver to join our fleet on the day shift. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 24 months tractor trailer experience, is safety minded, team and customer orientated, and is looking for a day shift opportunity with an established company. This position will haul a variety of load types including dry bulk, liquid bulk, & deck loads for delivery within Edmonton, regionally, and interprovincially allowing for a meaningful work life balance. Ask us to show you! * 90% of all preventative maintenance is done ahead of schedule, we have a well-maintained fleet * Liquid & Dry bulk hauling, with opportunity to haul deck freight * Predominately city & regional work with occasional interprovincial loads * Designated day shifts * Working 10 - 12 hour shifts any given day of the week * Two consecutive days off per week * 99% of the year, you are home every night! * Generous annual Safety & Clothing Allowance (non-taxable) * Company benefits & pension plan OUR DRIVERS HAVE: * Minimum of 24 months Class 1 Tractor Trailer driving experience in Canada * Flat Deck experience is required * Previous liquid or dry bulk experience is an asset * Previous experience hauling Super B’s * Able to drive manual transmissions * Ability to work any given day of the week, 10-12 hour shifts with possible overtime * Ability to wear all standard PPE (safety boots, CSA approved hard hat, safety vest, etc.) * Clean shaven or a willingness to shave (respirators are mandatory) * A great attitude and are safety minded and customer service oriented WHO WE ARE: We are an industry leading transportation solution provider in the niche market. Requires a minimum of 24 months of Class 1 tractor-trailer experience in Canada and mandatory flat deck experience. Candidates must be able to drive manual transmissions and adhere to strict safety and PPE standards, including being clean-shaven for respirator use.
