Co-lead KIAC’s strategic direction and oversee the planning, delivery, evaluation, and resourcing of its arts programs, while supervising and supporting program-facing staff. Develop community partnerships and fundraising revenue, support board governance, and oversee membership, volunteer engagement, and organizational administration.
