As an Allocator, you’ll be responsible for the initial distribution and ongoing flow of inventory across stores, e-commerce, and emerging channels. Reporting to the Replenishment & Allocation team, you’ll ensure inventory is deployed effectively to maximize in-stock performance, sales, and inventory productivity across all channels. \n About You You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and highly comfortable working with data You understand how allocation decisions directly impact customer experience and sales performance You’re proactive and solution-oriented, always looking for ways to improve flow and efficiency You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment You communicate clearly and collaborate well across merchandising, planning, and operations teams You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information You’re energized by Knix’s mission and excited to help bring product to life for customers What You'll Do Own initial and ongoing store allocations, ensuring optimal distribution of inventory across all channels Execute allocation strategies that support seasonal launches, new product introductions, and in-season performance Balance inventory across stores, distribution centers (CA & US), and channels including e-commerce, Amazon, and wholesale Monitor sales performance, sell-through, and inventory levels to make timely reallocation and transfer recommendations for stores Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Replenishment to align allocations with assortment and demand forecasts Identify and act on opportunities to improve in-stock performance, reduce excess inventory, and optimize size and SKU distribution Maintain allocation systems, tools, and reporting to ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency Provide clear reporting and insights on inventory movement, store performance, and allocation effectiveness Qualifications Previous experience in retail allocation, merchandising, planning, or inventory management Strong understanding of retail math and key metrics (sell-through, in-stock, WOS, inventory turn, GM) Advanced Excel skills; experience with allocation or inventory systems is an asset Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment Compensation $62,000 CAD annual salary and up \n
