We're passionate about innovation and about building best-in-class digital and AI-enabled products. About The Role Konrad is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy team. You'll lead cross-functional teams through medium and large-scale digital and AI projects, and guide clients through design thinking to deliver cutting-edge experiences that put AI to work where it creates real value. What You’ll Do * Support engagement leads on projects ranging from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital and AI transformations * Shape and create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries * Lead strategy and design thinking workshops with clients, including helping them find and prioritize digital and AI opportunities * Interpret client business challenges and work with design and technology teams to solve them * Make sure client goals and project timelines are met * Act as a thought leader on emerging digital and AI trends, for clients and within Konrad * Create presentations, documentation and proposal responses, using digital and AI tools to work efficiently * Mentor junior team members, including helping them use AI tools well in their day-to-day work Qualifications * 4+ years of relevant experience * Experience leading strategy, design and technology teams on medium to large digital projects * Experience shaping or delivering AI-related initiatives, or a strong understanding of how AI fits into digital products and business processes * A strong understanding of management, business and finance processes, including building the business case for digital and AI investments * A proven track record of client collaboration and relationship management * A demonstrated passion for UX, digital design and technology * A commitment to continuous learning about emerging technologies, especially AI * A strong eye for quality digital design * Excellent communication and public speaking skills * An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills * The ability to work well both on a team and independently * Mentoring experience Perks and Benefits * Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits Package * Socials, Outings & Retreats * Retirement Planning * Parental Leave Program * Annual tech & travel allowance * Culture of Learning & Development * Flexible Working Hours * Work from Home Flexibility * Service Recognition Programs Konrad is committed to maintaining a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
