You'll coordinate day-to-day shipping, receiving, distribution, and inventory movement while managing documentation and compliance, monitoring carrier performance, resolving issues, and working cross-functionally to keep operations aligned. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻: 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Coordinating daily shipping, receiving, and distribution activities while ensuring orders, shipments, and inventory movements are processed accurately and on time. You'll also monitor carriers, delivery schedules, and performance against service-level standards. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀, 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Preparing, reviewing, and managing shipping and customs documentation while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with transportation, customs, and internal logistics requirements. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Resolving shipping issues, anticipating challenges, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve documentation, workflows, and operational processes. 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Partnering with Merchandising, Inventory Control, Production, Customer Service, Marketing, and Product Development to keep operations aligned and coordinate logistics for product launches, samples, and promotional events.
