What you will do Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies. Drive all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Contribute to business development actives (i.e. proposal development) Develop and maintain standard project documentation including; project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices. Work alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Managers, and Implementation Partners to determine scope, planning estimates resource allocations and ultimate success criteria for Workday HCM/FM implementations. Lead project(s) ensuring adherence to the established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures. Work with business partners to develop concepts, requirements, design alternatives, work effort estimates, project schedules and costs for implementation Provide production cutover/transition support and production support assistance What you bring to the role 5+ years of project management experience delivering Workday or large-scale HRIS transformation projects. Experience leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or migration programs across one or more Workday modules. Minimum 4 to 6 years experience as a project manager, functional lead or technical lead leading projects to implement, upgrade and support Workday HCM implementations Experience of Workday HCM implementation projects, performing a variety of roles through the full project life-cycle Strong functional knowledge of a subset of Workday HCM Applications, including some or all of the following: Human Resource Management, Benefits, Talent Management Recruiting, Payroll Solutions and Time Tracking Strong business, analytical skills and systematic problem solving abilities Strong understanding of the data flow and functionalities within ERP systems Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions Strong commitment to professional client service excellence Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live Travel may be up to 30%. KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
