In this role, you’ll work closely with our producers to manage key client accounts, provide knowledgeable guidance on policy details, and build trusted client relationships. Position type: Full-time, permanent Role status: Replacement Location: Toronto or other offices Knowledge, Skills and Requirements: Licensing & Education Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience Experience handling mid-market to large commercial accounts Active RIBO license in good standing Technical & Interpersonal Skills Must have a strong understanding of commercial property, casualty, and auto insurance products Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong Excel skills Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly Experience with EPIC would be considered an asset Compensation Range: $60,000 to $100,000 annually Compensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. It includes variable commissions and potential performance-based bonus. The Senior Commercial Lines CSR manages key client accounts and works closely with producers to provide expert guidance on policy details. The role focuses on building trusted client relationships and providing dedicated servicing for mid-market to large commercial accounts.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial lines brokerage experience and an active RIBO license. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of property, casualty, and auto insurance products are required.
