Founded in 1948, KSR is an industry leader in designing, engineering, and manufacturing driver interface systems of the future for Tier 1 OEMs. KSR has an immediate opening for a Licensed Electrician Dresden Industrial Ridgetown Reporting To Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications Education: Certification of Qualifications as an Electrician 309A or 442A Experience: 3 years previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset. Knowledge of plant layout, production procedures and products. Must be available for all 3 Shifts and overtime Must be eligible to work anywhere in Canada Must hold a current 442A or 309A license Job Responsibilities Responsible to complete a variety of electrical and general maintenance duties Preventative and corrective maintenance, wiring, removal, disassembly, installation and rebuilding of equipment controls and motors Work required to be performed on the following specific systems or equipment in the Plastics Department. Conveyor belts, ongoing repair and replacement of material piping and vacuum piping, compressed air delivery system (running of plumbing from air compressor to equipment in the Plastics Department), water services delivery system (running plumbing to equipment in the Plastics Department), electrical services delivery system (running electrical to equipment in Plastics Department) Complete applicable reports and documentation as required Follow guidelines, regulations and standards specified by Ontario Hydro (or equivalent agency) Ensure all documentation is completed as required Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook All other duties as assigned by management Safety Responsibilities Ensure that you work in compliance of the Occupational Health and Safety Act including but not limited to all requirements outlined in Section 28 Review, understand and comply with all policies and procedures in the Dresden Industrial Health and Safety Manual Responsible for the implementation and on-going performance of the EMS including its review, provision of adequate resources, determining compliance and adherence to the Environmental Policy Quality Responsibilities Maintain quality standards on all products and processes Exercise compliance with TS 16949 standards when implementing and performing all company procedures Notify the supervisor of any non-conforming product How to Apply Interested applicants can by apply by emailing a cover letter and resume referencing Electrician in subject line to dhaslam@ksrint.com KSR International Inc. is committed to providing an environment that is barrier free.
