Position: Senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager – SCM / Finance Location: Toronto, ON (GTA Local Preferred) Work Model: Hybrid Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, executive leadership, system integrators, vendors, and technology teams to drive program delivery, business process transformation, governance, and successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and transformation programs from initiation through deployment and hypercare. Drive business process modernization and adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP best practices. Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications. Coordinate cross-functional business, finance, procurement, IT, system integrator, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams. Facilitate business design workshops, solution reviews, and executive steering committee meetings. Ensure alignment between business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities. Oversee integration planning with ERP, EPM, HR, and third-party applications. Manage testing, deployment planning, cutover, organizational change management, and hypercare activities. Establish program governance, RAID logs, KPI dashboards, status reporting, and delivery metrics. Ensure alignment with governance, audit, SOX, compliance, and financial control requirements, where applicable. Manage distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams and vendor relationships throughout the program lifecycle. Required Experience 12+ years of ERP delivery and program/project management experience. 8+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations or transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials. Oracle Cloud SCM experience may include: Procurement Inventory Management Product Management Supply Planning Order Management Logistics Manufacturing Oracle Cloud Finance experience may include: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Cash Management Expense Management Financial Reporting Experience leading enterprise-wide, multi-workstream transformation programs, including multi-million-dollar initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams. Experience managing system integrators, vendors, and distributed delivery teams. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle Cloud Financials Certification. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification. Utility, energy, or regulated industry experience. Experience with SAP-to-Oracle or Oracle transformation programs. Experience with finance transformation, shared services, and process harmonization initiatives.

Requires 12+ years of ERP delivery and program or project management experience, including 8+ years leading Oracle Cloud implementations or transformations and strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM and/or Financials. Candidates should have experience leading large, multi-workstream programs and coordinating executives, cross-functional teams, system integrators, vendors, and distributed delivery teams; Oracle certifications, project management credentials, and regulated-industry experience are preferred.
