Title : Power Automate Location: Remote Position Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop. Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Work independently to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver with minimal supervision. Build, maintain, and optimize desktop automation flows for reliability, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing automations. Document solution designs, process definitions, and technical specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements. Follow best practices for RPA governance, security, and error handling. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed automations. Required Qualifications: Total 8 to 10 years of overall IT / automation experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Power Automate Desktop. Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks/projects with minimal oversight. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, automation lifecycle, and process design. Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders. Good to Have (Preferred Skills): Experience building Power Automate Cloud Flows. Good working knowledge of Power Apps. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
