Title : Technical Manager - CRIMS & Data Platforms Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid 3 days) Position type: Full Time Mandatory Skills: Snowflake development experience Job Overview: Motivated and results-driven IT professional with 10+ years of development and production support experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. Proficient in Snowflake, ServiceNow, Python, SQL Server. Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall software development methodologies, with hands-on experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities. Experienced in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) support, maintenance, and upgrade initiatives. Extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end ETL and data processing solutions. Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) development and AI-driven solution initiatives. Proven ability to coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams while managing multiple responsibilities. Recognized for a positive attitude, strong commitment to delivery excellence, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Capable of balancing technical development, production support, and client-facing coordination responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
