Excited by the challenge of managing intricate creative projects from concept through installation? Kubik Maltbie is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead client relationships and project delivery for world-class experiential spaces. You’ll guide one to two projects or collaborate on larger teams, ensuring each is completed on time, on budget, and on brand. Key Responsibilities Oversee design development, integrating drafting, graphics, interactives, and other elements while maintaining budget goals Coordinate subcontractors and supply-only packages, ensuring timely progress and compliance Lead project meetings, track milestones, and maintain alignment with timelines and expectations Manage production flow to synchronize with installation phases and minimize delays Monitor and update cost-tracking schedules to reflect current financial positions Prepare detailed progress reports for internal and client presentations Compile Operation & Maintenance manuals Support financial oversight on assigned projects About You 5+ years managing multi-phase projects in construction, architecture, or exhibits Deep technical knowledge of millwork, interior finishes, and showcase fabrication — especially for museum-grade builds Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal communication and written documentation abilities Collaborative and adaptable across teams and stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Join Us Kubik Maltbie isn’t just a workplace—it’s a creative forge for building unforgettable experiences.
