Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls and customer inquiries Communicate with carriers Communicate with customer and customer suppliers Provide updates on order inquiries Responsible for managing claims and investigation flow ups Assist other Customer Service Representatives in daily tasks Manage Service KPI’s and reporting metrics Expedite rush order requests and follow up General administration task in supporting shipment document flow Work on and execute tasks on customer systems Manage order exceptions to last minute customer requirements Promotes safe work environment and support EHS policies “If you require accommodation for the recruitment /interview process (including alternate formats of materials, or accessible meeting rooms or other accommodation), please let us know and we will work with you to meet your needs." Requirements
