Position Summary The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads complex analysis activities for the Credit Risk and ECL (Expected Credit Loss) rewrite program and acts as a key liaison between business, risk, finance, data, and technology teams. The role is responsible for driving requirements definition, process and data analysis, stakeholder alignment, and delivery support for strategic target-state capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions across Risk, Finance, Technology, Data, and Regulatory Reporting Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, non-functional, data, control, and reporting requirements Own complex requirement streams related to: portfolio segmentation staging methodology PD, LGD, and EAD requirements scenario-based forecasting and overlays provisioning, impairment reporting, controls, and reconciliations Define and document current-state and target-state processes, business rules, and data requirements Lead traceability, impact assessment, solution clarification, and scope management Support design reviews, testing strategy, UAT, implementation readiness, and defect resolution Prepare materials for governance forums and proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies Strong experience in banking transformation, Credit Risk, ECL, IFRS 9, provisioning, or impairment initiatives Demonstrated experience delivering on system rewrite, modernization, or large transformation programs Strong understanding of end-to-end requirements lifecycle and SDLC delivery
