Job Summary: A hands-on senior developer role focused on building, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications on the Microsoft/Azure stack. You'll build the solution based on designs from architects and leads — with input into design, but primary ownership of delivery. What You'll Do Design, build, test, and support APIs, backend services, integrations, and cloud components. Write clean, secure, maintainable code and debug/resolve production issues. Build integrations with Microsoft Graph, Teams, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Contribute to solution/technical design discussions (feasibility, performance, security). Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with architects, product owners, BSAs, QA, and infrastructure teams. Mentor junior developers when needed. Must-Have 7+ years of enterprise application development experience Strong coding skills in C#, Python, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript API and backend service development (ASP.NET Core and/or Node.js) Hands-on Azure development experience REST API integration experience Microsoft Graph API and/or Microsoft 365 integration experience Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills Comfortable translating solution designs into working code Nice-to-Have Microsoft Teams app development Power Platform / Power Automate Azure Logic Apps Azure OpenAI / GenAI experience Azure Cognitive/AI Services Azure Blob Storage & secure data patterns CI/CD and cloud-native development Large enterprise experience

Requirements
