Ability to travel extensively within Alberta, Manitoba & Saskatchewan Region. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in multi-unit service management or business consulting. Skills: Build strong relationships, Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills. Road Warrior: Ability to travel extensively to support multiple centers in Alberta and other centre’s within Saskatchewan or Manitoba. Must have a valid driver license and access to personal vehicle. Motivator: Proven ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and drive results. Core Responsibilities: Deliver High-Quality Center Support Conduct regular, purposeful in-person center visits (typically 3–5 per week), using data to identify priorities and coach for instructional and operational improvement. Provide on-the-job coaching and modeling to support instructional quality, center operations, and customer experience. Hold timely follow-up consultations (generally within 1–2 business days) and document action plans in a timely manner (e.g., within 48 hours when feasible). Build Strong Franchisee Partnerships Develop trust-based relationships through timely communication, curiosity, and clear, actionable feedback. Support franchisees in strengthening key business practices (e.g., parent communication, team leadership, and operational routines). Address compliance issues promptly and professionally. Drive Center & Market Growth Monitor center performance trends and support franchisees in achieving enrollment, retention, and operational goals. Contribute to area design/development by supporting new center openings and conducting market/area analysis. Model Professional Work Habits & Collaboration Manage time effectively, maintain a disciplined calendar, and prepare fully for visits and meetings.
