The Senior Account Manager will manage existing accounts through onsite technical support and service while driving sales growth through new customer development. They are responsible for developing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and providing consultative services regarding water treatment chemicals and equipment.

The Technical Service Representative will complete service assignments, conduct in-plant water sampling and analysis, and maintain/monitor chemical feed programs according to contracts. This role also involves communicating effectively with sales representatives and customers while supporting the sales force as assigned.
