Location: Canada (Hybrid, occasional onsite requirements in Ottawa) Duration: 12-month contract with extension potential Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Overview Our Crown client is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support the delivery of technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests Coordinate resources and project deliverables across multiple workstreams Engage stakeholders and provide updates to leadership teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release management activities Ensure projects meet governance, documentation, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies and Agile delivery practices Additional Requirements Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada Eligible to obtain Reliability Status security clearance Experience with infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects is highly preferred This is an independent consultant position for contract work with a Kyndryl client and is not a direct staff position with Kyndryl #indkyn

Requirements
