We value hearing from individuals who possess: Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management Strong Leadership and communication skills Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers) Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial. Requirements

A customer-satisfaction focus and basic technology skills are expected; knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance, as well as clienteling experience, are beneficial.
