A Day in the Life In this role, you will strengthen consumer relationships with our iconic brands and maximize business impact by optimizing media strategy and performance. Your Main Responsibilities Will Include Develop and Execute Media Strategy: Define the media roadmap for all LDB brands, supporting marketing and e-commerce teams with expert advice to optimize advertising investments across all channels. Manage Agency Relationships: Lead the collaboration with media agency partners, manage performance reviews, and steer the onboarding of new partners when necessary. Measure Performance & Drive Insights: Implement robust measurement systems (KPIs, ROI, MMM) and deliver regular reports with actionable insights, accelerating the use of first-party data in media activations. Lead and Innovate: Animate the division's media committees, serve as the central point of contact for brand teams, and identify best practices and media innovations to support growth. We Are Looking For You Are a Strategic And Analytical Leader With a Talent For Uniting Teams Around a Shared Vision. We Are Looking For Someone With Significant experience in media strategy, multi-channel campaign management, and performance measurement. Strong knowledge of digital levers (Paid Media, Social, E-retail) and measurement tools (MMM, dashboards, analytics). A proven track record in managing agency relationships and leading cross-functional projects. An analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations. Fluency in professional English, as you will interact with international teams and partners.
