Logistics Co-op Reference #43253 Waterdown, Ontario About L3HARRIS WESCAM As a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies and within the Integrated Mission Systems Segment, the WESCAM division develops the most advanced optical sensor and targeting systems for global defense and military sectors, National Security, Search & Rescue and Airborne law enforcement agencies. From long-range covert surveillance missions to search and rescue operations, our MX-series systems, and the mission systems solutions they are a part of, produce stabilized high-magnification electro1-optical and infrared images from airborne, marine and ground based platforms, enabling our customers to see first and act first. About the Role This is a 16 month co-op (with 12 month positions occasionally being available). This role will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on logistics and inventory management experience. You’ll have an opportunity to partner with various other teams to solve issues and provide solutions. Primary Responsibilities Focus on process optimization projects in the areas of reliability, process control, and quality improvement Hands on experience with Inventory Control, Inventory Counts and Inventory Audits Hands on experience with learning and utilizing proper Material Movement Management Full interaction with Organization in relation to Communication Status on Export Shipments Support creation of processes and centralized data management platform, both in partnership with internal departments, as well as outside partners, such as carriers and freight forwarders Opportunities to gain hands-on logistics experience and to apply various data management tools (e.g. MS Excel, Access,) to solve day-to-day logistics challenges Work with the Logistics Manager to establish relevant performance metrics to support the organization’s growth strategy Attend and Lead Daily GEMBA Departmental Meetings Required Capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly energized, results oriented problem solver Proficient in MS Excel, Project, , Word, , Strong planning and organizational skills Strong data presentation skills Timely Completion of tasks Ability to work independently as well as with others Ability to research and develop statistical models, predictive analysis and data visualization Experience with relational databases (primarily Microsoft SQL), and data warehouse methodologies/practices would be great asset but not required Desired Education and Experiences Enrolled in a 3 year or 4 year University Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management/Data Science/Computer Science/Information Technology/Business or equivalent Must be able to complete a 16 month Co-Op term starting May 2026 Currently enrolled and in good standing with co-op program through accredited university Able to obtain Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance Diversity & Inclusion We believe that diversity among our employees makes us a stronger organization. Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a university degree program in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or Business. Applicants must be able to commit to a 16-month term and obtain Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance.
