À travers vos recherches, vos analyses et vos recommandations, vous contribuerez à assurer l'alignement des politiques, procédures et processus RH avec les exigences légales applicables. Principales responsabilités • Vous collaborerez à l’amélioration continue en termes de conformité légale aux ressources humaines. • Vous devrez effectuer des recherches en droit du travail et de l'emploi. • Vous participerez à des analyses de conformité (loi 25, loi 90, loi 27, etc.). • Vous rédigerez et réviserez des procédures, processus et politiques corporatives. Profil recherché • Études universitaires en cours en droit, relations industrielles, ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. • Intérêt marqué pour le droit du travail, la conformité et les ressources humaines. • Rigueur et souci du détail, vous êtes en mesure d'analyser l'information avec précision et d'assurer la qualité de vos livrables. • Aisance en recherche, vous aimez approfondir des sujets et valider l'information à partir de sources fiables. • Excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, vous savez vulgariser des concepts légaux et en dégager les impacts concrets pour les équipes RH. • Excellente maîtrise du français écrit, vous rédigez avec clarté des politiques, procédures, guides et communications. • Sens de l'organisation et autonomie, vous gérez efficacement vos priorités et respectez les échéances. • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams et SharePoint). • Connaissance de l'anglais, un atout afin de traduire nos documents dans nos deux langues d’affaires.
