By considering the volume of work in the sector concerned, as well as information related to positions, skills, absenteeism and other short-term data, the Workforce Planning Coordinator ensures that production capacity can support operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan the schedules of the different departments in the treatment center. Work closely with supervisors and directors of operations in the various departments and ensure excellent communication with them. Plays a key role with staff who wish to report an absence or request leave or vacation. Follow up on attendance with the human resources and operations team. Provide a support role to the operational teams in relation to hiring needs. Desired profile Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and organization, methodical and analytical thinking. Have a great ability to adapt and be open to change. To welcome requests with kindness and courtesy, while offering concrete and rapid solutions. Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, as well as an ease of learning technological tools. Proficiency in certain software such as Teams, Excel and Outlook.
