What you’ll do Deliver exceptional, positive customer experiences that are effortless, inspiring, and memorable. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and the La Senza selling model to achieve personal and store sales goals, including Sales Per Associate Hour (SPAH) and conversion metrics. Drive personal sales performance and contribute to store success through confident customer engagement. Demonstrate teamwork across all zones to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey. Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and team-driven atmosphere that celebrates success and collaboration. Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and register transactions (as assigned). Maintain visual presentation standards by keeping displays full, organized, and aligned with the brand guide. Replenish merchandise efficiently to ensure all sizes, colors, and styles are represented on the sales floor. Assist with merchandise preparation, including accurate ticketing, markdowns, markups, and promotional pricing. Uphold brand standards through proper handling of product transfers, damages, and compliance items. Maintain awareness of product availability and customer requests, sharing feedback with store leadership to improve assortment and service. Support loss-prevention initiatives by promoting a culture of honesty and connecting strong customer service with shrink reduction. Support Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe work environment. Take pride in the store’s appearance by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Lead with professionalism, positivity, and pride in representing the La Senza brand.
