Nous cherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) qui veut plus qu’un poste de bureau. Quelqu’un qui aime résoudre des problèmes, qui tient ses engagements envers les clients, et qui veut s’impliquer au cœur d’une opération de fabrication en mouvement constant. Ce que vous faites Principal point de contact avec les clients; Gestion des commandes des clients; Suivi de la production avec les différents clients; Déterminer les enjeux potentiels pour s'assurer du bon déroulement des opérations pour les commandes des clients; Profil recherché • DEC ou équivalent, avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle en milieu manufacturier. • Expérience en gestion de comptes clients • Bilinguisme Français / Anglais; • Excellente organisation; • Communication claire, réflexes de résolution de problèmes, et un vrai sens de l’urgence; • Connaissance de l’impression ou de l’emballage : un atout.
