Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach. Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels. Load and unload merchandise and maintain cleanliness and order of merchandise in the yard. Fill orders, receive freight, unload product, preform inventory counts. Perform customer carry-out service and product assembly as assigned. Complete required paperwork base on department standards. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. Attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills. Can fulfil physical job requirements, standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, working outside and inside. POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment. Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
