Provide psychological assessments, crisis intervention, mental health consultation, and counselling to students. Develop intervention strategies with school teams and consult with students, families, educators, school administrators, and outside agencies on educational and psychological issues.

Administer, organize, and manage a school in accordance with school board policies and procedures and Ontario Ministry of Education policies. Lead with equity, humility, and compassion to engage and empower students, staff, and the community while supporting effective school practices and accountability.

Provide training, analysis, and application support to ensure the Student Information System operates effectively, including troubleshooting issues and maintaining accurate data. Collaborate with the Application Services team, create user documentation, support ministry reporting and data requests, and review vendor updates.

Provide custodial coverage on a daily occasional basis and for long-term vacancies. Be available for afternoon shifts and last-minute call-ins, and travel throughout Chatham-Kent and/or Sarnia-Lambton.
