Responsabilités Créer et gérer des annonces sur les plateformes de location d'appartements, incluant la prise de photos et la rédaction des descriptions lorsque nécessaire Communiquer avec les locataires potentiels par téléphone, texto et courriel Planifier et effectuer les visites de logements Répondre aux questions des locataires potentiels et les accompagner tout au long du processus de location Gérer et compléter les signatures de baux Coordonner les entrées et les sorties des locataires Assurer le suivi des locations, des logements vacants, des publicités et du système RentSync Ouvrir, trier et distribuer les courriels, messages et autres correspondances Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux locataires actuels et potentiels Exigences Et Qualifications Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience en service à la clientèle, en vente ou dans un domaine connexe Excellentes compétences informatiques Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit Fort sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en travail d'équipe Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule Disponibilité pour travailler les fins de semaine et certaines soirées afin de répondre aux besoins des visites Pourquoi joindre AEDN? Leasing Agent AEDN is looking for a Leasing Agent to join our growing and dynamic team. Our goal is to provide the best possible living experience for our tenants, and we're seeking someone who is a great communicator, reliable, punctual, organized, and team oriented. Duties And Responsibilities Create and manage apartment listings on rental websites, including taking photos and writing property descriptions when needed Communicate with prospective tenants by phone, text message, and email Schedule and conduct property tours Conduct property viewings and answer tenant inquiries Guide prospective tenants through the lease signing process Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Track leasing activity, vacancies, advertisements, and RentSync updates Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail, messages, and correspondence Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants Requirements And Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, leasing, or a related field Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software Fluency in both English and French Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings to accommodate property viewings Why Join AEDN?
