We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Mobile Application Developer to join our Mobile Development Team and contribute to the design, development, and support of enterprise mobile solutions used across the organization. As part of a global team, you will design and develop mobile and web applications, administrative tools, reporting platforms, and automation solutions that support corporate mobile devices and services. This role requires hands-on expertise across the full technology stack, including mobile application development, backend services, databases, APIs, DevOps practices, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, extensive mobile development experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced web and mobile applications supporting corporate mobile device ecosystems. Build automated processes and workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Develop and support full-stack solutions used across desktop and mobile platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, test, and deploy new features. Integrate applications with external platforms, vendor systems, and RESTful APIs. Create robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services and application components. Perform unit testing and ensure code quality, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Monitor application performance and continuously improve system reliability. Participate in Agile development activities and support DevOps best practices. Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment processes. Maintain technical documentation, support guides, and operational procedures. Provide development escalation support when required. Evaluate and adopt new technologies that enhance development efficiency and user experience. Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience. Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies. Experience developing and deploying iOS and Android applications. Strong experience in Java development and Object-Oriented Design (OOD/OOP). Experience building and testing Angular-based applications. Experience working with relational databases such as Sybase or DB2. Experience in Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting. Experience consuming and developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services. Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Experience with Apache/Tomcat web server architecture, deployment, and logging. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience with scripting languages such as Python. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with iOS Swift, Java/Kotlin, and Apache Cordova. Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration. Knowledge of data structures, memory management, and performance optimization. Experience with Microsoft Intune Graph API. Interest and willingness to learn and contribute to native mobile development. Experience managing and supporting Apache/Tomcat web servers. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities. Top 3 Must-Have Skills Strong Java backend development experience. Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter. Hands-on experience developing iOS and/or Android applications. Top 3 Nice-to-Have Skills Database expertise (Sybase, DB2, or similar relational databases). Front-end development experience, particularly with Angular. Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
