Job summary

Gather and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams. Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation.

Pay Range: CAD 55-60/hr 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise-scale implementations. Strong Salesforce development background, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex development and customization. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data models, workflows, integrations, and application architecture. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT support, defect analysis, and production implementation. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or banking and financial services domain. Top 3 Required Skills: Salesforce Business Analysis with strong requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications, and stakeholder management experience. Salesforce Development Background with hands-on experience in Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex along with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience. 10+ years of IT/Salesforce experience, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design. Top 3 Preferred Skills: Banking / Financial Services domain experience. Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog refinement, UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation.
