Job Title: Business Analyst and Scrum Master Experience Level: Level 3 (senior): 5-7 years Duration: 12+months of extendable contract Job Level: FTC Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Scrum Master to support many development initiatives including a high-visibility Workday ATS Campus Recruiting implementation operating on a compressed timeline. This role combines Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Integration Delivery responsibilities, ensuring successful delivery of Workday Recruiting and HCM integration initiatives while supporting ongoing enhancements and defect remediation across the broader Workday ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, facilitating planning, execution, testing, and release activities. Partner with HR, Technology, and downstream data consumers to gather and refine requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and delivery plans. Coordinate Workday HCM and ATS integration development with engineering and QA teams. Manage testing, defect triage, issue resolution, and production readiness activities. Drive stakeholder alignment, risk management, and status reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams. Support ongoing enhancement requests and production support activities for existing Workday integrations. Required Qualifications Experience delivering Workday HCM, Recruiting, or other HR technology initiatives. Strong Business Analyst and requirements management skills. Experience operating as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead. Proven ability to coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Experience managing testing cycles, defect remediation, and release activities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
