Role: Spark Scala Java Developer Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO) Hiring Mode: 6-12 months Contract + Extension Experience Required: 6-8 Skills: Apache Spark Pay: CAD 70/Hr. Description: 1. Proficient in Scala and Java programming. 2. Hands-on experience with Apache Spark (Core| SQL| DataFrames| Datasets). 3. Familiarity with Maven for build and dependency management. 4. Experience with version control systems (e.g.| Git). 5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6. Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem. 7. Working experience in CI/CD| Helios. 8. Experience in writing Spring boot Webservices| and SQL queries. **The ideal candidate will have experience developing data processing applications using Apache Spark and Scala.
