Role Description This part-time on-site role as a Landscaper/General Laborer is based in Mississauga, ON and involves outdoor maintenance and landscaping tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, raking leaves, weeding garden beds, and assisting with planting, mulching, and general yard clean-up. The role also involves using basic hand tools and equipment, loading and unloading materials, and helping keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. The Landscaper/General Laborer will follow instructions from supervisors, work efficiently as part of a crew, and support the completion of scheduled jobs in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain. Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in different weather conditions. Basic familiarity with lawn care and landscaping tasks, such as mowing, trimming, raking, planting, and use of common hand tools and small equipment. Strong reliability and time management skills, with the ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and complete work safely and efficiently. Good teamwork and communication skills, with a respectful and professional approach to colleagues, supervisors, and customers. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to changing job requirements and schedules. Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general labor is an asset but not required.
