You will oversee a portfolio of residential condominium corporations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to boards, residents, and contractors alike. What you’ll do
Oversee a portfolio of residential condominium corporations, including townhouse and high-rise communities. Lead a team of Property Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery to boards, residents, and contractors.
Requirements
Requires a CMRAO General License (or near completion) and 3-5 years of experience in condominium property management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
