Your tasks at a glance You have a business mindset and use your judgment in decision-making and day-to-day operations. You think outside of the box to establish concrete actions in order to meet short- and long-term goals. You foster a strong engagement culture through effective employee management. You maintain quality assurance standards with your team through validation, audit and established processes. You effectively manage and improve budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You understand and take on different technical positions, as required. A clear view of your assets You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills. You are a natural leader, knowing how to persuade and mobilize your team towards your vision and in the achievement of objectives. You have a background in business development, project management, and sales. Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset. You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset). You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Required: You can travel for training to other clinics within Canada (expenses covered by Vision Group). Schedule: You have flexible availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the ability to work outside regular clinic hours as needed.
