How will you support the team? As a role model and business leader, the Laura Canada Store Manager possesses a contagious passion for fashion and customer service. You will motivate and develop a winning teamthat provides a unique and memorable shopping experience to every customer. You will foster a vibrant, fun, energetic and enjoyable store environment. Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service, the promotion of different programs, product knowledge and current trends. Ensure that all key financial objectives established are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction, etc.). Schedules effectively to provide optimal floor coverage. Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe to the customer. Monitor team performance (appraisal, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, etc.). Collaborate with the person in charge of merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines while having an attractive presentation of merchandise. Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
