Crew members are responsible for completing painting and staining projects from start to finish while maintaining clean and organized job sites. They must also communicate effectively with homeowners and support local marketing efforts.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work 40-50 hours per week are required.
