KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the planning and coordination of promotional, event and advertising campaigns to support student recruitment (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, events, etc.); Manage and animate LaSalle College's various social communities, in collaboration with the Web Content and Social Media Specialist; Contribute to the writing and creation of textual and visual content for online and offline marketing materials; Conduct strategic monitoring on the web and social networks to identify opportunities for improvement and relevant trends; Participate in the management of emailing campaigns, including the creation and sending of promotional emails; Ensure the updating of content on the various content management platforms of the website; Manage the inventory of promotional materials, process requests for quotes and follow up on orders and invoices with suppliers; Contribute to the coordination and execution of special and ad hoc marketing projects, based on the needs of the department; Provide general support in the execution of marketing strategies and various projects within the department.
