Estimateur(trice) senior en électricité En pleine croissance sur la Rive-Sud, nous recherchons un(e) Estimateur(trice) senior pour contribuer à la réussite de projets commerciaux, industriels et institutionnels d'envergure. Ton rôle Analyser plans, devis et documents techniques. Préparer des estimations précises et compétitives. Évaluer les coûts de main-d'œuvre, matériaux, équipements et sous-traitance. Collaborer avec les chargés de projets, ingénieurs et fournisseurs. Identifier des opportunités d'optimisation et maximiser la rentabilité des projets. What you’ll do
Analyze plans, specifications, and technical documents, and prepare accurate, competitive estimates for large commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Assess labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracting costs; collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers; and identify ways to optimize costs and improve project profitability.
Requirements
Requires 3 to 5 years of estimating experience; electrical experience is a major asset. Candidates should be proficient with estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, ProEst, or equivalent, and demonstrate rigor, autonomy, analytical thinking, and knowledge of the Quebec Construction Code and CSA standards.
