Job summary
Responsibilities & Requirements: Technical and Non-technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of building systems, understanding a contract/lease etc. Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computing. Building Operations & Maintenance: Coordinating with property management for day-to-day tasks Vendor Management: Ability to evaluate third-party contractors. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations and safety codes. Space Management: Overseeing renovations, office moves, and space allocation. Emergency Response: Developing emergency plans and acting as the main contact during building disruptions Manage all our Canadian operations from the CS perspective MIS & Support Day to day Operations Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computing, email, presentations, and Excel. Possessing knowledge on SAP will be preferred. Ability to interact with our central team based in India as and when required. Coordinate with CS US Team on daily basis. Facilitate day to day requirements of the office, such as, upkeep of the office, manage customer visits, internal meetings, support during events, most importantly Billing Inter-personal skills Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills must for dealing with vendors, contractors, and Associates. Capability to interact with a multi-cultural Global workforce Ability to adapt to dynamically changing work requirements Hospitality background preferred Oral and Writing Skills. Interact with our leaders over emails, calls and understand customer requirements.
