Role Description This part-time on-site role for a Resident or Registered Physiotherapist is based in Oakville, ON. The physiotherapist will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-informed interventions to support recovery, performance enhancement, and injury prevention. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough physical assessments, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based treatment, educating clients on self-management strategies, and documenting clinical findings in a timely and accurate manner. The role also involves collaborating with other team members, monitoring progress towards client goals, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario as a Resident or Registered Physiotherapist. Demonstrated skills in orthopedic and sports-related assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. Ability to create individualized rehabilitation and performance programs aligned with client goals and activity levels. Strong communication and client education skills, including clear explanation of diagnoses, treatment plans, and home programs. Comfort working with diverse populations, including athletes, performing artists, active professionals, and recreational movers. Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development; experience in a private practice or sports rehab setting is an asset. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. Availability for part-time on-site hours, including potential evenings or weekends, as required by clinic scheduling.
