About

LDAWE is a registered charitable organization in Canada and is a chapter of our provincial (LDAO) and national Associations (LDAC). LDAWE was reactivated in 1993 by a small group of concerned parents and professionals in the Windsor – Essex County area, who were committed to improving the quality of life for people with learning disabilities. Today we offer several different programs and services to assist children, youth and adults with learning disabilities or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder to reach their full potential. Our mission is to assist children, youth, and adults with learning disabilities, and those who support them, through information sharing, support, and relevant programs.
