As the Inside Territory Support Representative, you will be responsible for increasing Territory Representative productivity and accelerate parts revenue growth by managing inbound customer demand and providing technical sales preparation support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Inside Territory Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Managing inbound sales leads for the Aftermarket Parts department and supporting existing customers Source pricing, availability, and alternative options to support quoting and sales execution Delivering exceptional customer service, including understanding unique customer needs, offering tailored product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle Maintain full ownership of the customer experience from initial inquiry through post-sale resolution, including warranty coordination, returns, missing or incorrect parts, and issue resolution Collaborating across departments to enhance customer relationships Developing product knowledge on various types of material handling equipment Developing sales skills and working towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and targeted outreach Drive repeat parts revenue through responsiveness and solution-based selling Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Previous experience in an inside sales or customer service role is preferred Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred, such as sales or business administration Knowledge of material handling equipment and parts is an asset Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite A customer service mindset and strong problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude A willingness to continuously learn and grow Benefits & Perks Leavitt Machinery is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan: Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Life insurance, disability insurance, and travel insurance Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs RRSP matching Ongoing professional development opportunities The base pay for this role is: $45,000 annually plus uncapped commission.
