The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer service-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. As the Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of equipment within a designated territory, driving optimal rental fleet utilization and carrying out rental processes and documentation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Rental Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory Partner with internal Service employees to prioritize shop items Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure leads are captured and proper fleet utilization Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals Manage quoting and territory market changes Support Sales Representatives with current customers, manage key account relationships over the phone, and add new and potential customers within the territory Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: 1-3 years of related work experience in a sales or customer service environment Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently Benefits & Perks Leavitt Machinery Canada is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan: Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Life insurance, short term disability, and travel insurance Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs RRSP matching Ongoing professional development opportunities The base pay range for this role is: $50,000 to $58,000 per year depending on experience level, plus bonuses. Requirements
Candidates should have 1–3 years of related sales or customer service experience and post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline. Strong Microsoft Office skills, communication and organizational abilities, multitasking, and the capacity to work independently are expected; Microsoft CRM experience is an asset.
